It's not too early to book Thanksgiving or Christmas 2010. These weeks are our most popular weeks, so you should book today. (If you have specific dates, check below or contact us as soon as possible!)
Rates are based on weekly double occupancy. A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $50 non-refundable security waiver fee (covering damage up to $500) a $50 non-refundable reservation fee charged by our property management company, and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
