Rates are based on weekly double occupancy. A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $35 non-refundable security waiver fee (covering damage up to $500) a $35 non-rufundable reservation fee charged by our property management company, and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
