We still have a couple of open weeks in November and December, check our Availability Calendar below if you have specific travel times. Also, it's not too early to book weeks for 2011, we have had six weeks booked already!
Rates are based on weekly double occupancy. A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $50 non-refundable security waiver fee (covering damage up to $500) a $50 non-refundable reservation fee charged by our property management company, and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
