The Main Entrance

When you first reach Vida de Mar, the first thing you notice is all the beautiful landscaping. Flowering plants, lush vegetation, and tall palms line the entrance and surround the house.

There is plenty of ample parking in the front of the house, in the courtyard between the Great Room and the Caretaker's Cottage. And, since Vida de Mar is at the end of a private road, there is also plenty of room to turn around when you want to go back out.

Just before the parking courtyard, there is the top of the long, stone staircase that will take you to the main level of the villa where the Great Room, the two Master Suites and the Laundry area are located.

The stairway continues on down, surrounded by lush tropical plants, to the Beach Cottage and the private 800 foot beach. There are numerous stone benches and planters on the deck and along the stone stairway, making Vida de Mar a great place for entertaining, a special party or a wedding.

In the evening, there are automatic night lights lining the stairway and numerous spotlights illuminating the lush vegetation and flowering plants that make for a spectacular nighttime show.
